Driver of Pickup that hit Tahoma Students Charged

The 19 year old that had a seizure while driving a pickup truck that ran into a group of kids waiting for a school bus has been criminally charged of three counts of vehicular assault and one count of reckless endangerment.

At the time of the incident, the 19 year old, Sypole did not have a valid drivers licenses due to it being suspended because his doctor did not know if he was seizure-free.

A $25,000 bail is being sought by prosecutors and Sypole is due for arraignment later in the month.
