The first phase of construction at Ten Trails continues as we move well into fall. The community ring road is complete with all utilities, curbs and gutters installed. Sidewalks will be added shortly.

Progress continues in the first two neighborhoods with all lots now at grade and sewer and storm work complete in one neighborhood. The next step is completion of sewer, storm and water installation for both neighborhoods. Curb, gutter and pavement work will follow after water main installation is complete.

Construction of the community stormwater pond was completed over the summer. Testing and refinement of pond infiltration is underway and expected to be completed soon. Materials were mined and repurposed elsewhere in the community during construction of the pond, reducing the need to import additional materials and saving truck trips to the site. This is just one of the many ways we’re committed to reusing materials and saving resources across the community.

Looking forward, progress continues on the community sewer lift station and construction should be complete this winter. Finally, plans for a roundabout to connect Roberts Drive and Lake Sawyer Road are with the City of Black Diamond for review.
