Pepper called for an adjournment of the meeting while taking up the business of the 2017-22 Transportation Improvement Plan. Another Agenda item left on the table without being considered was a Department of Ecology 2015-17 Stormwater Capacity Grant as well as a contract with AHBL for Planning Services.
