Fabulous Flatbreads

Saturday, April 1, 11am

Ages 10 and older. Adults welcome.

It’s easier than you think to make flatbreads such as Pita and Chapatti. Join Chef Laurie Pfalzer in a class on making flatbreads with your own hands. Learn to mix and knead yeast dough and then roll and shape your flatbreads. You will cook them in a skillet in class and enjoy tasting the breads with a few dips. Take recipes home to create these for your family and friends.

Space is limited, first come, first seated.

 

Make Your Own Body Care Products

Tuesday, April 18, 2pm

Teens and tweens in grades 4 and older.

Presented by Lisa Palmatier.

Make your own body care products from all-natural ingredients! Take home your creations including lip balm, body mist and bath salts.
