Black Diamond Neighbor to Neighbor members were on the streets of the City of Black Diamond early on Friday, May 26, gathering signatures on a Petition to Recall Councilmember Patricia Pepper only to receive communication that Pepper had filed an appeal to the State Supreme Court on May 25th. Due to the filing of the appeal, all signature gathering has been put on hold until further directed.
