Sunday December 2nd saw thousands of car enthusiasts descend on
Pacific Raceways for the Annual NW Toy Run that benefits those
children that might not have anything to open Christmas morning.
The days event sponsored by Lexus of Bellevue and O’Brien Autogroup
included music, raffles, food and the always popular stuffing of the
Toyota Prius.
The winning team won $250.00 cash, and had $250 donated
to the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program. Way to go! This year’s
goal was $225,000 and to have 4,500 cars in attendance.
In the years
I have attended this event this was by far the largest I have ever
been apart of.
Thank you to all that made this year ending event the
huge success it was. The real winners are all those kids that will be
able to have a Merry Christmas this year.
