Beecher’s Cheese For All – Issaquah

Cheeseburgers. Mac & Cheese. And so much more! Join us for our first-ever PNW ‘Beecher’s Cheese For All’ tour.
We’ll be in Issaquah on Friday, February 8 at Pickering Barn from 5-7pm. Come check out the amazing roster of local chefs as they create out-of-this-world culinary concoctions using our very own Beecher’s cheeses and Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Beef.
Nine local chefs will go head-to-head and make their own creative interpretations of mac and cheese and cheeseburgers. Try them all, and vote for your favorites! Each ticket also includes all the chefs’ takes on burgers & mac, two complimentary drinks, Salt & Straw Beecher’s Apple Pie Ice Cream, & much more!
