Puyallup Native Protects U.S. Navy Forces in the Middle East
NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BAHRAIN – Hospitalman Rebeka Low, a Puyallup, Washington, native, wanted to serve her country and pursue an education.
Now, two years later and half a world away at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, Low serves as the leading-edge of the Navy the Nation Needs.
“We don’t have a lot of the same capabilities and equipment compared to the resources available stateside,” said Low. “It takes careful planning to provide quality care for the base.”
Low, a 2016 graduate of Rogers High School, is a hospitalman at NSA Bahrain, forward-deployed to the Arabian Gulf region in the Navy’s U.S. 5th Fleet.
