On 8/23/19 officers responded to the 32400 block of 236 AVE SE for a suspicious parked vehicle. Officers contacted the vehicle and found the subjects were workers from a nearby construction site eating lunch. No crime was reported or observed.

On 8/24/19 an officer responded to Lake Sawyer for a report of a disabled boat. Officers checked the lake and found the boat was able to return home by the use of oars before the officer arrived.

On 8-23-19, at approximately 1859 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a fire assist in the 32200 block of 3rd AVE. It was reported a subject was falling over and could not answer questions. The reporting party was concerned the subject had mixed alcohol with his medications. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the subject. After questioning it was determined he was unable to care for himself. The subject was removed by ambulance to be evaluated at a medical facility.

On 8/25/19 officers began an investigation into a false report that was made on 7/10/19 to a Black Diamond Police Sergeant. A summons was sent to the suspect to appear in court for making a false statement to a law enforcement officer.

On 8/25/19 an officer began an investigation into a possible order violation that occurred by phone to a subject living in the 31300 block of 3rd Avenue. A court summons was sent to the suspect for an order violation.

On 8/24/19, at about 1934 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 31500 block of 3rd AVE for speed violation. While speaking with the driver, and the subsequent investigation, Officer determined that the driver was driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest for DUI.

On 8-25-19, at approximately 1100 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to an injury accident in the 31600 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the involved parties. It was determined vehicle 2 was slowing down when vehicle 1 rear ended vehicle 2. Two passengers in vehicle 2 complained of neck pain. Fire personnel evaluated all involved parties for injuries. Vehicle 1 was removed from the scene by Royal Towing and the driver of vehicle 1 was issued a NOI for following too closely.

On 8/25/19, at about 1922 hours, Officers were dispatched and responded to Lake Sawyer on the report of a small boat that had flipped over and its occupants were in the water. A good Samaritan, assisted the occupants out of the water and towed them to dock #200. Officers arrived and contacted the occupants. They reported that no one was injured, including the two dogs. Officers towed the boat and its occupants to the boat launch and cleared the call.

On 8/25/19, at about 2323 hours, Officer were dispatched and responded to a domestic violence call in the 32200 of 3rd AVE. Prior to Officers arriving the parties had separated. The male half was arrested and booked into jail for domestic violence assault four.

On 08/26/2019, an officer took a phone report from a subject who claimed that his ex-girlfriend had paperwork that belonged to him. The officer contacted the ex-girlfriend who confirmed she has the paperwork and would mail it back to the complainant.  The officer explained that this could be considered a theft if the paperwork is not returned.

On 08/27/2019, an officer took a telephone report of a protection order violation. Renton PD located the suspect and booked her into SCORE.

On 08-28-19, at approximately 11:07 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious person.  Officers were advised that the reporting person wanted telephone contact. Officers called the reporting person who stated that he was walking near the Black Diamond Bakery on Railroad AVE and saw a female in a Jeep driving slowly behind a loose dog walking down the road.  The female exited her vehicle and tried to pick up the dog but the dog did not allow her to pick it up.  The female
