Lake Wilderness Swim Beach Closed Due to High Bacteria Levels

King County Public Health officials recommend that people and pets do not swim or wade at this beach, drink lake water, or engage in other water-contact activities until further notice.  The King County Public Health Department will need to see two sets of low daily water test averages drop in order to meet the criteria to reopen the swim beach.

Based on this recommendation from the King County Health Department, the beach will remain closed until further notice.  The concession stand and boat rentals at Lake Wilderness Park will remain open except for paddleboards and will be weather dependent.
