On 9/29/2020 an officer conducted a traffic stop at 3rd Avenue and Roberts Drive for a speed violation. The driver was found to not have a valid driver’s license. Royal Towing responded to impound the vehicle, with the driver receiving an infraction for NVOL w/valid ID. The driver was given a courtesy transport to Buckley.

On 10/1/2020, an officer responded to the 31600 block of 3rd Ave for a report of a collision. There were no injuries. A state accident report was completed and one driver was cited for failure to yield.

On 10-03-2020, at approximately 0007 hours, officers observed a male subject apparently passed out on the sidewalk near the 23700 block of Roberts DR. Officers conducted a welfare check requested fire personnel to the scene to evaluate the subject. The subject was cleared by fire personnel and released at the scene.

On 10/03/2020, at about 2007 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 25300 block of Cumberland PL, regarding an outside agency assist for KCSO. KCSO requested an officer check for the owner of a vehicle that was involved in a collision. An officer went to the residence and no one answered the door.

On 10/04/2020, at approximately 1525 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department responded to 25310 Cumberland Pl in reference to automobile theft report. Investigation showed that the vehicle had been involved in a hit and run accident on 10/03/2020 and that the vehicle had been towed to the Royal Towing compound.

On Sunday, 10/04/2020, Officers responded to the scene of a two vehicle collision in the 23400 block of Roberts DR. Subsequent investigation determined that the at fault driver was under the influence of intoxicants. That subject was arrested and booked into the Enumclaw Jail and the vehicle impounded.
