On 11/23/2020, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 28800 block of SR 169 after a Washington State Department of Licensing Records check showed the registered owner had a license status of Suspended in the 3rd Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene

On 11/24/2020, at 1341 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department was dispatched to a fraud call at the 32700 block of Stuart Ave SE. Contact was made with the complainant who advised that today she received a suspicious call from a person who claimed to be with the Sheriff’s Office. This person advised the complainant that they needed to speak with her regarding suspicious activity with her social security number. The complainant advised that she did not provide the person with any information and told the person that she was calling the police. There is no additional information.

On 11/24/2020, at approximately 1547 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department responded to a road hazard (cement blocks in the roadway) at the 31100 block of 3rd Ave. Upon arrival the area was searched and no cement blocks were located.

On 11/25/2020, at approximately 1635 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department responded to a vehicle Prowling at the 31500 block of Lake Sawyer Rd SE. There were no suspect, witnesses or physical evidence resulting from the investigation

On 11-26-2020, at approximately 13:00 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a traffic complaint. Officers were informed that a female called 911 to report that a motorhome was traveling north on 3rd AVE from the 32500 block and was driving erratically. Officers arrived in the area and conducted an area check with negative results.

On 11/28/2020, at approximately 0039 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 30400 block of 3rd AVE DR regarding sounds of metal pipes being banged and a fence being rattled. Officers arrived at the construction site and conducted a walk though of the site. No one was located and the fencing was secured.

On 11-28-2020, Officers were dispatched to a collision in the area of Lake Sawyer RD and Roberts DR. Upon investigation it was determined that the driver of the vehicle was under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. She was booked into Enumclaw Jail for DUI and the vehicle was impounded.

On 11-28-2020, at approximately 2005 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a two vehicle collision in the 29700 block of 224th AVE SE. Officer’s subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of one of the involved drivers for DUI. Officers learned the DUI driver had been driving southbound on 224th AVE SE when he crossed the centerline into the opposite lane of traffic. This caused a collision with the other involved vehicle. Both occupants of the other vehicle were transported to Covington Multi Care for treatment of their injuries. The DUI driver was booked into the Enumclaw Jail.

On 11/29/2020, at 1222 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department responded to the 25300 block of Baker Street in reference to suspicious persons. Upon arrival, it was determined that the persons were not suspicious and they were authorized to be at that location.

On Sunday, 11/29/2020, Officers responded to the 23700 block of SE 416th ST to assist Enumclaw Police Department Officers with an area check for a hit and run suspect. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
