Black Diamond Police Reports Dec. 28, 2020 to Jan. 2, 2021

On 12/28/2020, Officers were dispatched to the 21700 block of 291ST SE regarding an assault. Officer arrived and arrested the female suspect for assault 4th degree. Due to the jails not excepting her, she was cited and released with a court date.

On 12/28/2020, an officer located a blocking disabled vehicle at the intersection of 3rd AVE and Gomer Events JR DR.The officer assisted in removing the vehicle from the road way.

On 12/28/2020, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 29100 block of SR 169 for speeding. Subsequent investigation determined that the driver had a license status of Suspended in the Third Degree, and the vehicle was displaying a counterfeit Trip Permit. The driver was cited and released at the scene and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

On Monday, 12/28/2020, Officers were dispatched to the 32800 3rd Ave to a report of CPR in progress. Officers arrived and assisted until medical aid could take over. The patient was transported to the hospital.

On 12/28/2020, an Officer was dispatched to a lost property incident at the 32800 block of Madrona Ave SE. The complainant advised that he lost three items and requested a report.

On 12/29/2020, an Officer met with the Kent Police Department at 26900 block of SR 169 regarding a subject they had in custody for an active Black Diamond warrant. Kent Police Department turned custody of the subject over to Black Diamond Police and the subject was booked into the Enumclaw Jail.

On 12/29/2020, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 23000 block of SE 288th ST. It was determined that the driver of the vehicle had a King County warrant for violation of a no contact order/assault 4th degree DV. The subject was taken into custody and later booked into jail by King County Sheriff’s Office.

On 12/31/2020, an officer was dispathced to a warrant confirmation request on a suspect that the Auburn Police Department out with. The warrant was confirmed and APD agreed to transport directly to SCORE for booking.

On 01/01/2021 officers responded to back Enumclaw Police Department for a group of trespass subjects near the 300 block of Griffin AVE. Officers provided a support and cleared the call without incident.

On 01/02/2021, Officers responded to a business located in the 2400 block of Griffin AVE to assist Enumclaw Police Officers with an investigation into a package theft. One suspect was taken into custody and a vehicle seized pending application for a search warrant.
