The weekend of July 16th-20th “Celebrating 50 Years of IRDC Racing -the Rerun” the International Race Drivers Club took to the 10 Turn, 2.25 mile road course of Pacific Raceways. A total of 112 cars were entered in Saturday’s race including local drivers from Maple Valley and Covington.
Pictured above are Daniel Shaw of Covington driving his 1990 Mazda Miata in Group 2 (top). Also from Covington competing in Group 1 was Stewart Quam in a 1985 Volkswagen Jetta (bottom left). In Group 5 Mark LaCombe of Maple Valley competed in his 1985 Porsche 944 (bottom right).
