Linda Louise Deskins passed away on February 21, 2023, in her home in Maple Valley, Washington. She was 80 years-old and predeceased by her husband, Douglas and son, Lance Deskins.
She is lovingly remembered by her son, Douglas Deskins, daughter-in-law, Dianely Mieses De La Rosa, nephew, Kurt Norman and daughter-in-law, Lynne Deskins.
She loved spoiling her four grandchildren Tyler, Abby, Daniela and Danelin.
Linda had a full life that is worthy of celebration. She was born in Seattle and graduated from West Seattle High School in 1960. She married the love of her life on July 8, 1961.
Her life’s treasures included spending time with family and friends and caring for her horses and dogs. She was also a proud lifetime member of the South Seattle Saddle Club.
Those that knew Linda for any length of time knew that she was an extremely hard worker, oftentimes traveling overseas during her 20 plus year career working for clothing companies such as ExOfficio, Britannia, Eddie Bauer, and Brooks. It was also common knowledge that no one had more Christmas spirit than Linda, and her grandchildren, who came to inherit her Christmas spirit, can attest to this.

Visitation will be held March 1, 2023 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. @ Edline & Yahn Covington Funeral Chapel, located at 27221 156th Avenue SE, Kent WA 98042.
Graveside Service will be March 2, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. at the Hobart Cemetery, located at 25115 SE 208th Street, Maple Valley WA 98038.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on March 12, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m.at theMaple Valley Church
