Patricia E. Simmons, 87, of Cle Elum, Washington, passed away peacefully at home on May 18, 2023, surrounded by her husband, DeVere, and her three daughters, Carole, Nancy and Brenda.
She was born on March 13, 1936 to Sara A. and J.J. Rozsonits in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Pat was married to DeVere F. Simmons, Jr. for almost 70 years. She earned her associate degree at Green River College and worked in the Maple Valley Library for almost 30 years, becoming the Assistant and their Head Librarian.
Pat and DeVere retired to Cle Elum over 25 years ago.
They are blessed with three fantastic sons-in-law, eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
Pat is also survived by her brother, Larry and stepbrother, Kenny.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Johnston & Williams of Cle Elum.
