10/03/2023, officers responded to an in station report regarding a domestic dis- pute that occurred at the 32400 block of Hammond Pl. Officers investigatedthe incident and were unable to establish probable cause that any crime had occurred.

10/04/2023, officers were dispatched to a complaint of 2 males riding dirt bikes in the city park at the 31500 block of Lake Sawyer Rd. SE. Officers conductedan area check, located the 2 males and advised them that it was unlawful to ride dirt bikes in the city park. The males agreed to leave the park and officers
issued a warning.

10/04/2023 Officers were dispatched to assist the Lake Forest Park Police De- partment as part of the Major Crimes Task Force. Officers assisted with executing several search warrants in connection with a homicide investigation.

10/7/2023, an officer received a noise complaint in the 32400 block of New- castle Drive. The officer contacted the reporting party and found no law violation had occurred.

10/7/2023, an officer located a subject in the 29200 block of 218 PL. SE with a misdemeanor warrant. The subject was arrested and booked into SCORE Jail.

10/7/2023, Officers were dispatched to the Diamond Valley Mobile Home Com- munity for a dispute. It was reported the property manager and a resident were in a verbal dispute. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the in- volved parties. Officers learned the dispute was verbal only and no crime had occurred. Officers cleared the scene.

10/07/2023, officer checked the area of 216th Ave SE in reference to a stolen vehicle possibly being identified in the area by the Flock Safety System. The vehicle was not located.

10/07/23 an officer was dispatched to the Black Diamond Elementary School in reference to juveniles kicking doors. Upon arrival, officers did not locate anyone in the area, any damage, or evidence of kicking to doors or windows to the building. The incident was documented.

10/07/2023 an officer was dispatched to the 23000 block of Summerlane Lane, in reference to a noise complaint. Dispatch advised a vehicle was sitting in a driveway playing loud music. Upon arrival one unoccupied vehicle was located, no music was located in the area.

10/08/2023 Officers responded to the 21100 block of SE Auburn Black Diamond RD. in regard to a report of a single vehicle collision. Officers assisted with scene control until King County Deputies arrived on scene.

10/08/2023, Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up in the 32700 block of Ten Trails PKWY SE. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the resi-dents. There were no signs criminal activity had or was occurring. Officers iden- tified the individual from whose phone the call was made, he advised it was accidental. Officers cleared the scene.

10/08/2023, Officers contacted the respondent to a court protection order and organized a meeting where the court documents were served in person.

10/08/2023 Officers stopped a vehicle in the 22200 block of SE 296th when a records check showed the registered owner had a license status of Suspendedin the First Degree. Once the driver was identified as the registered owner, he was arrested and booked into jail.
