On 12/24/2023, Officers received a FLOCK alert for a stolen license plate in the 29200 block of 216th AVE SE. Officers reviewed the image from the FLOCK alert and were not able to confirm the license plate from the image. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate the vehicle.

On 12/24/23 at 1905 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department was dispatched to a Traffic Complaint at the intersection of SE 292nd ST. and 216th Ave SE. It was reported that a vehicle was driving erratically and running stop signs. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate the vehicle.

On 12/24/2023, Officers conducted a traffic stop at the 29000 block of SE Fir ST. Officers determined that the driver’s license was Suspended/Revoked 3rd Degree. Officers issued the driver a criminal citation for DWLS 3rd Degree.

On 12/25/23, officers were flagged down by a citizen regarding recovered property at the 34200 block of 257th AVE SE. The reporting party advised that the property was stolen in a burglary that occurred in Auburn earlier that morning. Officers located the recovered property and contacted Auburn PD. Auburn PD advised that the property was okay to release to the owner. Officers advised the owner that they could pick up their property at the scene.

On 12/25/2023, at approximately 15:09 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 32400 block of Morgan DR. for a potential order violation. Officers spoke with all involved parties and determined no crime was committed. Officers advised the reporting party that this was a civil issue.

On 12/26/2023, officers were dispatched to a non-injury non-blocking collision that occurred at the 33000 block of Enumclaw Black Diamond Rd. SE. Officers took a collision report and provided the involved parties with an information exchange form.

On 12/26/2023, officers were notified by Flock camera of a stolen vehicle that was travelling south bound at the 29200 block of 216th Ave SE. Officers conducted an area check with negative results.

On 12/26/2023, at approximately 14:05 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop at the 23300 block of Roberts DR. Officers discovered that the driver had a misdemeanor warrant out of Milton. Milton confirmed on the warrant but later determined the subject be advised of the warrant and released. The subject was released from the scene.

On 12/26/23, at approximately 16:15 hours, Officers responded to the 33300 block of Glacier AVE for suspicious activity. The reporting party advised officers that she just arrived to her residence and her locks had been changed and her power was out. Officers determined that this was a civil issue and assisted in getting the power turned back on
