Last week, Mat Heagerty, comic book author, came to the 6th graders at Maple View and Summit Trail middle schools for an unforgettable visit. Mat shared his journey of overcoming dyslexia and following his passion of becoming an author. He inspired our students with his humor, vulnerability, and message of perseverance.
