Maple Valley Historical Society is sponsoring a presentation called “Geology of Maple Valley” to be held Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.mIST. at the “Den” (building next to the Maple Valley Community Center). Their guest speaker will be Zach Pratt from the Black Diamond Museum. He has a Master’s Degree in Geology from the University of Washington with a special interest in how glaciers produced the geographic features in King County.
