A guilty verdict cam in on Friday, September 5, 2025, in the murder trial of Andrew Baim, who is accussed of Killing Nick Valison with a truck back in 2023.
Andrew Ralph Baim, 40, was charged in the death of Nick Valison, 53, on Sept. 21, 2023 after Valison tried to stop him from illegally dumping trash in a wooded area near homes.
Baim’s sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 24, 2025.
