Costumes and candies will rule the road at 4:00 pm on Sunday, Oct. 26. Shepherd of the Valley Church is hosting Trunk or Treat at the church’s new location, 25610 Lawson Street in Black Diamond. The oversized parking lot has plenty of safe space for trick-or-treaters. There is easy access for automobile trunks filled with candy, popcorn, and assorted yummies. The community is invited to join the Halloween camaraderie, all in one parking lot
