Black Diamond Police Reports

On 01/12/2025, officers were notified of an order for service at the 28800 block of SE Fir St. Officers served the order without incident.

On 01/13/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a vehicle malicious mischief at the 22800 block of Birch Ave SE. Upon arrival it was found that a window on the victim’s window was broken out and a microwave was stolen from the vehicle’s interior

On 01/13/2026, an Officer responded to a harassment at the Black Diamond Clerk of Court (25510 Lawson Street. An investigation and report was completed pertaining to threats towards a judge.

On 01/13/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a fraud at the 25500 block of Lawson Street.  The complainant, who lives in Florida, advised that while they were in Washington, their credit card was either lost or stolen. Upon returning to Florida, it was discovered that the credit card had been used to at various locations in King County with a total purchase amount of $2,300.00.

On 01/13/2026 at approximately 1905 hours, an officer successfully served a protection order in the 22000 block of SE Fir Street.

On 01/13/2026 at approximately 1910 hours, officer completed a civil standby in the 22000 block of Birch Ave SE. While on scene it was discovered a weapon surrender was to be completed. Officer removed all firearms from the residence and completed the appropriate paperwork

On 01/13/2026 Officers stopped a vehicle in the 24200 block of Roberts DR for a speed violation. Upon contacting the driver it was discovered they were the subject of an arrest warrant and they were taken into custody and transported to SCORE Jail for booking. During the booking process, jail personnel declined the booking due to medical issues, and Officers provided a courtesy transport to a family member’s residence.

On 01/13/2025, officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint at the 32100 block of Sunny Ln regarding a vehicle that failed to yield to a pedestrian in a cross walk. Officers contacted the involved parties and issued the involved driver a verbal warning.

On 01/14/2026, officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up at the 32700 block of SE Cottonwood St. Officers located the source of the call at a nearby residence. Officers contacted a resident who advised that their child had accidentally dialed 911 on their mother’s phone, and advised they did not require any police assistance

On 01/14/2026, officers were dispatched to a suspicious subject wearing a white mask and tactical belt at the 21900 block of SE 296th St. Officers located the suspicious subject and advised them of the concern their costume caused nearby citizens. They agreed not to wear the costume outside of their living area.

On 01/15/2026, officers were dispatched to an unwanted subject at the 32800 block of Railroad Ave. Dispatch advised that a vehicle had been reported parked at the location and believed a subject was sleeping inside. Officers contacted a female sleeping inside the parked vehicle in a parking stall at the location. They advised that they were sleeping until their spouse would arrive to let them into their property nearby and required no police assistance.

On 01/15/2026 at approximately 1859 hours, an officer was requested to contact a resident in the 24000 block of Mason Street, in reference to obtaining property. An officer requested the home owner locate the property to return to its owner. The resident agreed to search for it and would contact the police department if found, to turn over.

On 01/16/2026, Officers were dispatched to a verbal domestic in the 32100 block of Morgan DR. It had been reported the reporting party’s boyfriend was making suicidal statements. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with both involved individuals. The boyfriend denied being suicidal or making suicidal statements. Additionally there was no evidence supporting a crime had occurred. Officers left DV resource guides with the involved subjects.

On 01/16/2026, Black Diamond Officers were notified by their records department of a King County court order to be served in the 31100 block on 3rd ave. Officers were able to contact the respondent in the order and provide them their court documents.

On 01/17/2026, Officers were dispatched to a marine complaint on Lake Sawyer. It was reported an illegal exhaust was being used by a vessel. Officers made contact with the subject, educated him on PWC requirements, and issued a verbal warning. The subject loaded his vessel and left the lake. Officers contacted the reporting party and advised them of the outcome.
