TO THE DEFENDANT ANDREW BUDDENHAGEN:
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons and defend the above-entitled action in the above-named court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, ADRIAN WIGSTON, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for plaintiff at the address stated below. If you fail to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The object of this action is a Personal Injury Matter involving Plaintiff Wigston and Defendant Buddenhagen in a motor vehicle accident to recover damages arising from the motor vehicle collision on April 14, 2024, in King County, Washington.
