Resolution No. R-18-1217, authorizing the City Manager to approve the purchase of a Storage Area Network (SAN). Passed 7-0
Resolution No. R-18-1216, approving a Final Plat and accepting a 19-lot subdivision known as Elk Run Division 8 Phase 1. Passed 7-0
Resolution No. R-18-1215, approval of a Final Plat and accepting a 22-lot subdivision known as Wilderness Hills Division 3. Passed 7-0
Motion to confirm Mayor Kelly’s appointment of Brenda Chrystie as the Alternate Creative Arts Council Commissioner on the Public Arts Commission. Passed 7-0

Monday, February 26 – After hearing from two-dozen speakers, the Council adopted legislation, establishing requirements for how agencies, offices and employees will provide services to immigrants, including requirements for the department of adult and juvenile detention honoring of federal administrative detainers.
Also unanimously approved was an ordinance authorizing the establishment and implementation of a program to fund city projects that reduce energy demand.
