In Maple Valley on June 19th for youths (6th-12th grade) and adults. We will be rehearsing in “The Den” building on Mondays at 7:15-8:30 p.m..
The gospel choir will be in the style of “Glee” and “Pitch Perfect”. We will sing songs by gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin and Fred Hammond, and by secular artists such as Queen, Michael Jackson, and Sara Bareilles.
Choir director, Dan Hegelund is an award-winning vocal coach and choir director -“We want this to be a true community choir, for youths and adults alike, that can perform at local events and happenings. We are already planning to hold an annual Maple Valley Christmas Choir Festival, and we’re exploring other venues for being a blessing to Greater Maple Valley community”.
