Tahoma High School’s 91st commencement ceremony on June 8 also marked the final class to graduate from the high school that was built in 1974.
With more than 500 students, the Class of ’17 was large and had many accomplishments, both academically and athletically.
Students heard remarks from valedictorian Amber Neathery, staff speaker Sandy Johnson, school board President Mary Jane Glaser, Principal Terry Duty and Superintendent Rob Morrow.
