ORDINANCES ADOPTED
On July 6, 2017, the City Council of the City of Black Diamond, Washington adopted the following ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 17-1092
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Black Diamond, King County, Washington, amending the budget for calendar year 2017 as adopted by emergency Ordinance No. 16-1083, as amended by Ordinance No. 17-1088 for means of appropriations for TIB grant for pothole repair and emergency repairs, and providing for an effective date and severability.
ORDINANCE NO. 17-1093
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Black Diamond, King County, Washington, amending Black Diamond Municipal Code 10.40.060 to clarify offense of inattentive driving.
