On Monday, 08/13/2018, between 4 and 5 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 25500 block of Lawson Street. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle had a license status of suspended in the 3rd Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene.

On 08/15/2018, an officer responded to the 25000 block of Franklin Drive reference to a complaint of a vehicle parked along the roadway that the complainant was not familiar with. The owner arrived while the officer was on scene and said his parents, who live nearby, said he could park it there overnight. The officer explained the parking ordinance to the owner.

On 08/17/2018, at approximately 6:38 p.m., officers responded to the 31100 block of 230th Pl. SE for an agency assist with King County Sheriff’s Office. They requested that we check a residence for a trespass suspect and his vehicle. When officers arrived, the vehicle was not on scene and it was determined that the suspect did not live at that residence.

On 08/18/18, at approximately 12:40 a.m., Black Diamond Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 31500 block of 3rd Ave. Officers conducted standardized field sobriety tests on the 21 year old male driver. After failing the tests, Officers arrested the driver for DUI and booked him into the Issaquah Jail.

On 08/18/2018, at approximately 8:49 hours, Officers responded to the 32500 block of 3rd Ave., for a noise complaint. When officers arrived, they contacted the involved parties and advised them of the noise ordinances. The involved parties turned the music down and officers cleared the scene without incident.

On Sunday, 08/19/2018, between 11 and 12 a.m., Officers stopped a vehicle in the 31600 block of 3rd Ave., for a speed violation. Upon contacting the driver it was discovered that they were driving without a valid license. The driver was cited and released at the scene.

On 8/19/18, between 2 and 7 p.m. officers responded to the 31100 block of 3rd Ave for a physical domestic. One party sought medical attention at a nearby hospital. The other subject was arrested and booked into jail for assault.
