On 08/27/2018,about 5:48 a.m. an officer responded to the 32220 block of 5th Avenue to assist Mountain View Fire with a person suffering from a medical event. The person was transported to Auburn Hospital by medical personnel.

On 8/27/18, about 11:15 p.m., officers located a reported stolen vehicle in the 31800 block of 3rdAve. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver. The vehicle was seized for a search warrant. The investigation is ongoing.

On 08/30/18, about 12:30 a.m. at approximately 0043 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a suspicious noise complaint in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party who stated she has heard branches breaking, whistling, and cars honking. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate anyone responsible for the reported noises. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 08/30/2018, Officers responded to the 32200 block of Railroad AVE for a report of loud music. Officers arrived but did not hear any music. Officers responded for a second time, heard the loud music and advised the subject of the municipal code regarding public disturbances. Officers were again called to the residence, heard the music again and detained the subject. The subject was issued a criminal citation for public disturbance and released at the scene.

On 08/30/2018, about 6:45 p.m., at approximately 1849 hours, officers responded to 5th AVE and Lawson ST regarding a parking complaint. When officers arrived, they instructed the owners of the vehicle to move it to a place where it was legally parked. The vehicle was moved and officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 8/30/18, at approximately 11:40 p.m. hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to the 32400 block of Union DR for a noise complaint. Officers arrived on scene and observed dogs barking outside. Officers contacted the owner of the dogs, and they were brought inside. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 08/31/18, at approximately 11:29 p.m., Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the Ten Trails development. Officers were able to make contact with the vehicle and the individuals occupying it. The driver and occupants of the vehicle were all juveniles and were advised to stay out of the homes. Officers cleared the scene without incident.
