On Tuesday, 09/25/18, at approximately 9:00 a.m., a City of Black Diamond employee reported that someone had attempted to drill out the key hole on the pay parkingstation located at the boat launch. No entry was made.

On Tuesday, 09/25/18, at about 3:50 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious subject walking in the 31100 block of 3rd Avenue. Upon contact it was determined the subject was simply walking home. No crime.

On Tuesday 9/25/2018, between 4:50 and 5:30 p.m., officers contacted the homeowner of a residence in the 31000 block of 229th Avenue SE in regards to her son possibly not registering as a sexoffender. It was confirmed that the son has not been living at the residence forover a month. The case is under investigation with possible criminal chargespending.

On Wednesday, 09/26/2018, about 7:36 a.m., officers responded to the 32600 block of 5th Avenue for a civil dispute. The complainant wanted a subject removed from the residence. Officers advised the complainant they could not make the subject leave because he maintains residence at the location and that he would need to be legally evicted.

On Wednesday, 09/26/2018, between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., Officers took the subject of a King County Arrest Warrant into custody at the Black Diamond Municipal Court. He was transferred tothe custody of Sheriff’s Deputies for booking.

On Thursday, 9/27/18, at approximately 12:54 p.m., Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to 31100 block of 3rd Ave for a civil standby. Officers were present while the reporting party removed legal documents from a vehicle. Once the documents were obtained officers cleared the scene.

On Thursday, 9/27/18, at approximately 2:46 p.m., Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to the 25700 block of Lawson ST for a civil standby. Officers oversaw the reporting party retrieve personal belongings from the residence. The civil standby was completed without incident.

On Thursday, 09/27/18, at approximately 6:21 p.m., officers responded to the 32500 block of Favro ST regarding a report of a domestic assault. Charges being filed for Assault 4 DV.

On Friday, 09/28/2018, at approximately 12:08 a.m., officers responded to a fire assist for a possibly combative patient near the 25600 block of Cumberland Way. When officers arrived the patient was no longer combative and was transported to a medical facility.

On Friday, 9/28/18, at approximately 4:39 p.m., Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a fraud report. Officers made contact with the reporting party in the 32300 block of Morgan DR. After speaking with the reporting party, officers determined the matter was a civil issue. The reporting party then provided officers with a name of an individual who he does not want on his property. Officers advised they would pass the information to the next shift.

On Friday, 09/28/2018, at approximately 2212 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation. Upon further investigation, it was determinedthat the driver, a 55-year-old male, was driving under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was booked into Issaquah Jail for DUI and the vehicle was impounded.

On Friday, 09/29/2018, at approximately 12:02 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was unable to maintain their lane of travel. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, a 57-year-old male, was impaired and driving under the influence. The driver was arrested and his vehicle towed. A blood warrant was later authored to secure his blood for evidence. The subject was booked into Enumclaw Jail.

On Saturday, 9/29/2018, between 11:44 p.m. and 12:40 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation. It was determined that the driver, a 41-year-old male, had been operating his motor vehicle while intoxicated. The driver was arrested and booked into the Enumclaw Jail, and his vehicle was impounded.

On Saturday, 9/30/2018, 12:40 a.m. and 12:55 a.m., an officer was dispatched to a loud party complaint in the 31100 block of 3rd Avenue. Contact was made and the subjects agreed to be quiet for the night.

On Saturday, 9/30/18, between 7 and 9 a.m., officers were on patrol in the 23600 block of Tahoma Place. Officers contacted a subject associated with a truck and trailer. Through the investigation, officers found that the truck and trailer were both stolen and had stolen license plates on them. Officers found drugs in the truck and stolen property in both the truck and trailer. The subject, a 27-year-old male, was arrested and booked into jail.
