A man died on Thanksgiving in a two-car crash along Petrovitsky Road, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office. Two other people were injured in the crash.
The man reportedly crossed the center line near Petrovitsky and 196th Avenue Southeast, just east of Lake Youngs, crashing into an oncoming vehicle.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two people involved were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
Detectives with the sheriff’s Major Accident Response and Reconstruction team are investigating what caused the crash.
