Conner Homes and Lennar Celebrate With Holiday Crafts for Children
Ten Trails, the 2,200-acre mixed-use development in Southeast King County, continues its holiday celebrations December 15th with Hometown Holiday.
From Noon to 3 pm Saturday the 15th, Santa will visit the Welcome Center at Ten Trails, 32607 Willow Avenue SE. Free photos will commemorate the occasion, followed by children’s holiday activities in the Model Homes.
Visitors will be greeted in the Welcome Center with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, hot apple cider, cookies, and of course candy canes handed out by Santa himself. Each family will receive a complimentary photograph commemorating their special visit with Jolly Old Saint Nick.
From there, families are invited to visit the model homes where children can participate in a variety of holiday activities.
Activities begin at the Conner model home where children will write a letter to Santa and then drop their letters off into the official North Pole Mailbox near the front door, before moving on to the craft activities.
Next up is Lennar’s Riverwalk model home where children will frost holiday cookies, followed by a stop at Lennar’s Blanchard model where adults in the group can pick up an official Ten Trails tote bag before moving on to Whistler model. There children will personalize their very own reindeer ornament to take home.
During each craft experience, adults will have an opportunity to explore the individual homes and check out the outstanding amenities each offer.
Just over 30 miles from the center of Seattle, Ten Trails is designed for families and residents who embrace the outdoors and modern comforts. The community offers outdoor activities, parks and trails, technologically advanced and amenity-filled homes each with true 1 GB internet speed. As the Ten Trails population grows, the community will offer designated areas for up to seven schools, a retail village featuring shops, eateries and services that people will frequent daily, and eventually free Wi-Fi throughout the community – all this and access to major metropolitan areas while living in a close-knit community.
