On 12-16-2019, at approximately 0524 hours, officers were requested by Gig Harbor Police Department to check a residence near the 29400 block of 218th PL SE to see if a possible theft victim resided there. Officers contacted the residents of the home and were advised that the subject in question was a previous resident. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 12/17/2019 an officer following up with an APS investigation located a subject in the 31100 block of 3rd Avenue with an arrest warrant. The suspect was taken into custody, and later transferred to a King County Sheriff’s Deputy.

On 12/17/2019, an officer responded to the 32200 block of Sunny Lane for an abandoned vehicle that had been sitting for several days. The officer located the vehicle and determined it had not been reported stolen. The officer placed a 24 hour removal notice on the vehicle because it was parked on the public right-of-way. Later that day, the officer was contacted by a family member of the owner who advised the vehicle was disabled but would be moved out of the roadway.

On 12/17/2019 an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Lake Sawyer Road at Roberts Drive. The driver was found to have an arrest warrant issued by King County Sheriff’s Office, and a suspended driver’s license. KCSO refused to meet on the warrant, so the driver was issued criminal citation and released from the scene. The vehicle was picked up by a licensed driver.

On Wednesday, 12/18/2019, Officers were dispatched to the 31121 block of 3rd AVE in regard to a request for a citizen assist. Upon arrival, Officers determined the matter was civil in nature and were able to assist the parties in resolving the issue.

On Thursday, 12/19/2019 Officers were advised that the subject of an arrest warrant out of the Black Diamond Municipal Court was being released from the Regional Justice Center. Officers transported the individual to SCORE jail for booking on the warrant.

On 12/20/2019, a Black Diamond Officer responded with an Enumclaw Officer to the 30800 block of 228 AVE SE for a domestic disturbance. One party just wanted the other party to leave the residence. The other party agreed to leave the residence for the night.

On Friday, 12/20/2019, Officers were dispatched to the scene of a two vehicle collision at the intersection of 3rd AVE and Black Diamond Ravensdale RD. Officers determined that there were no injuries, and a tow was obtained for one vehicle. The at fault driver was cited.

On 12-20-19, at approximately 1914 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a warrant pickup at the King County Jail. Upon arriving at the King County Jail officers learned the warrants had been quashed earlier in the day. Officers confirmed the subjects warrants had been cleared and left the subject at the King County Jail.

On Friday, 12/20/2019, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 31500 block of 3rd AVE for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation determined that the driver had a license status of suspended in the third degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene.

On 12/21/2019, a Black Diamond Officer assisted the Enumclaw Police Department with searching for a subject within Enumclaw. The subject was located and the Black Diamond Officer stood by while the subject was taken into custody.

On Saturday, 12/21/19, at about 1408 hours, an officer was dispatched and responded to the 32700 block of Willow AVE SE on the report of a vehicle alarm. It was reported the vehicle had its hatch open and no one was around. The officer located the owner and he was advised a child was playing with the key fob. No crime occurred.

On 12/21/19, at about 1637 hours, an officer was dispatched to a telephone report regarding possible harassment. The investigation determined that no crime had occurred at this time and resources were provided to the complainant.

On 12-21-2019, at approximately 1945 hours, officers were dispatched to the 30200 block of 225th AVE E for a report of a missing person. When officers arrived, the subject was located in an adjacent trailer on the property. The subject was in good health and did not require any medical care.

On 12-21-2019, at approximately 2024 hours, officers responded to the 32800 block of Glacial Basin LN for a report of a possible disturbance. When officers arrived they found no subjects in the area and heard no sounds indicating a dispute. Officers cleared the scene without incident.

On 12-21-2019, at approximately 0107 hours, officers were dispatched to confirm a warrant on a subject that was currently detained by King County Sheriff Deputies. Officers located and confirmed the warrant. The subject was later booked into Enumclaw Jail on her warrant.
