Black Diamond Police Reports 10-27 to 11-1-2020

On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager from Lennar Homes in Ten Trails. Officers were informed that a house under construction on Glacier AVE SE had a wooden front door dropped off in the garage on 10-23-2020.  Officers were advised that there is no doors or a garage door on the house being built. Sometime over the weekend, someone removed the door from the unfinished garage without permission. 

There is no suspect information at this time.

On 10-27-2020, at approximately 07:46 hours, Officers received a telephone call from the project manager of Lennar Homes.  Officers were informed that the subject wanted to report that someone removed a brass pressure relief valve from the unfinished garage of a residence being constructed in Ten Trails. Officers arrived at the scene and were informed that the pressure relief valve was installed in the garage on 10-15-2020 and was found missing on 10-20-2020. There are no doors or garage door installed on the residence. There is no suspect information.

On 10/27/2020, at approximately 1451 hours, the Black Diamond Police Department responded to the 33000 block Ten Trails PKWY.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainant who stated that he had been the victim of harassment. Upon investigation, it was determined that a crime did take place. A criminal citation was completed and will be sent to the suspect by mail.

On 10-27-2020, at approximately 2229 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a non-moving violation. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license. The vehicle was impounded and the driver was cited and released.

On 10-28-2020, at approximately 08:10 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a burglary report. Officers were advised that the project manager for Lennar Homes wanted to report that someone stole a Frigidaire microwave from a residence in the 32700 block of Ash AVE SE. Officers contacted the project manager at the residence and found that the microwave was inside the residence at 16:30 hours when the project manager locked up the residence for the evening. When the project manager returned to the residence on 10-28-2020 at approximately 07:30 hours, he found the microwave missing.

On Saturday, 10/31/2020, Officers responded to the scene of a two vehicle collision in the 33200 block of 3rd AVE. Subsequent investigation determined that the at fault driver was under the influence of intoxicants. The subject was arrested and transported to Enumclaw Jail for booking.

On Sunday, 11/01/2020, Officers responded to a parking lot in the 25100 block of Roberts DR in regard to an incident in which a child ran into a police vehicle that was on site. There were no injuries, and no damage. A report was filed for information purposes.

On 11/01/2020, an officer was dispatched to the 33100 block GLACIER AVE SE regarding a suspicious female who knocked on the complaints door asking if there was a small child in the house. The female was told no and she left the area on foot. An officer located the female who advised she was looking for her son that was taken from her by CPS. The female was advised to contact CPS regarding the matter. No crime occurred during this incident.
