On 10/4/2021, an officer was dispatched to the 32900 block of 3rd Avenue for a single motorcycle accident with injuries. The officer arrived and found the rider up and walking with minor abrasions. The rider was making a left turn onto 1st AVE which caused the engine guard bars to drag the asphalt. The rider was evaluated by the Fire Department and released at the scene.

On 10/04/2021, officers took an in station report regarding an order violation that occurred within the city limits of Black Diamond. Officers conducted an investigation and found probable cause for a violation of a civil order. A citation was issued for the above charge to be provided to the court, as the suspect is currently in custody

On 10/05/2021, an Officer was dispatched to a CPR in progress call at the 31100 block of 3rd Ave. A medic transport unit (AMR) was transporting a patient from St. Elizabeth Hospital to another Hospital in Seattle when AMR had to stop at the above location to perform CPR on the patient. The patient died and a death investigation was conducted.

On 10/07/2021 Officers were dispatched to the 33200 block of SE Stevens ST in regard to a report of a loud vehicle with it’s lights off. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate a vehicle matching the description given.

On 10/8/2021, an officer responded to the 22800 block of SE Fir St for a report of two abandoned vehicles parked along the roadway. The officer checked both vehicles and applied impound warning stickers. The officer will follow up to determine if the vehicles are moved.

On 10/8/2021, an officer responded to the 25100 block of Roberts Drive for a report of a dispute and a subject blocking in a delivery driver. The subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment and booked into Enumclaw Jail.

On 10/10/2021, officers were dispatched to a physical domestic in progress call near the 24400 block of Terrace PL. Upon arrival, officers determined that an assault of three different subjects by one family member had occurred. The suspect was arrested for assault 4th degree (DV)) and booked into Enumclaw Jail without incident.

On 10/11/2021, Officers were advised an individual had recently called the police department requesting to speak with an officer. Officers contacted this individual by phone. He reported that between April 2020 and August 2021 a former roommate had been making audio/video recordings of their conversations without his permission. This is currently under investigation.

On 10/11/2021, an officer was dispatched to a business in the 30700 block of 3rd AVE for a suspicious subject riding a bicycle in the dark and looking into the windows of building. The suspect was contacted and found to be wanted by the Department of Corrections. The suspect was arrested and booked into SCORE Jail on his warrant.
