On 06/09/2022 Officers were dispatched to the 30700 block of 224th AVE SE in regard to a report of the sounds of a possible illegal discharge. Officers conducted an area check with nothing found.

On 6/11/2022, Officers were dispatched to a party complaint in the 24700 block of Mason ST. The reporting party advised the unit was an Airbnb with a limit of five individuals. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the individual who rented the home. Officers advised the subject of the Airbnb agreement and requested everyone leave. The subject agreed to have everyone leave. Officers contacted the property owner and advised her of the results.

On 06/11/2022, Officers were dispatched to a party complaint in the 32500 block of Mckay LN. Officers arrived on scene and could hear multiple individuals in the backyard of the residence yelling, laughing, and making noise unreasonable for the hour. Officers contacted the homeowner and instructed him to turn off the music and have everyone quiet down. He agreed to do so and officers cleared the scene.

On 6/12/2022, Officers were dispatched to a party complaint in the 32500 block of Mckay LN. Upon arrival officers could hear music and the sounds of raised voices coming from the backyard of the residence. Officers contacted the homeowner and advised him of Black Diamond Municipal Code in relation to noise. The subject advised he would turn off the music and have everyone come inside.

On 06-13-2022 Officers were dispatched to the 22900 block of SE Evergreen ST. in regard to an anonymous complaint of children playing in a park. Officers checked the area and located a single child playing basketball on a basketball court.

On 06/13/2022 Officers were dispatched to Lake Sawyer in regard to a request for assistance to a disabled boat. Officers contacted the reporting party and found that he had been able to secure his boat to a dock and had made arrangements to recover it the following day.

On 06-14-22, at approximately 12:00 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding welfare check. Officers were informed that a neighbor called to report that an elderly male was found wandering down Mason ST with a walker. Officers arrived and located the elderly male who did not speak English and was confused. A few minutes later, the subjects son arrived and took his father back home to their residence in the 24700 block of of Mason ST.

On 06-14-22, at approximately 12:31 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a marine complaint. Officers were informed that a subject called to report that his boat was disabled on Lake Sawyer and he needed the police to tow it from one on Lake Sawyer to his dock at the south end of the lake. Officers used the patrol vessel to tow the disabled boat back to the owner’s dock.

On 6/20/2022, an officer responded to the 25800 block of Lawson St for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was determined to be parked on private property. The property owner knew the owner of the vehicle.

On 6/20/2022, an officer received a phone report of a speeding vehicle on private property in the 31100 block of 3rd Ave. The officer contacted the reporting party and advised them to contact the property manager due to the incident occurring on private property.

On 06/21/2022 Officers were contacted by the Enumclaw Police Department regarding the receipt of possible threats made to the Black Diamond Elementary School. The case is currently inactive pending development of any suspect information.

On 6/25/2022, an officer received a phone report of an attempted vehicle prowl in the 33200 block of Crystal Ave SE. Video footage of the subject attempting to gain access to a vehicle was provided to police. The suspect could not be identified.

On 6/25/2022, an officer responded to the 29100 block of 216 AVE SE for a 911 hang up call. The call came from a cell phone that was no in service. The officer checked the area and did not find anyone in need of assistance.
