On 12/17/2022, Officers were observing traffic on Roberts DR when a male subject approached and explained his storage unit had been broken into. Officers took a report from the subject, he was unsure if anything was stolen however, a bag with miscellaneous items that did not belong to him was recovered from his storage unit and booked into evidence. This case is in relation to 220000947, 220000945, and 220000942. At this time there is no suspect information.

On 12/17/2022, Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Cole ST Enumclaw for an agency assist. Dispatch advised an elderly male had assaulted an employee at the location. Officers arrived on scene and assisted fire fighters and the Enuclaw police in securing the subject for an involuntary commitment. The subject was restrained to a gurney and transported to a medical facility for a mental health evaluation.

On 12/17/2022, Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle, non-blocking,
non-injury accident in the 24900 block of Roberts DR. Officers arrived on scene and requested fire personnel due to air bag deployment and the driver expressing she had wrist pain. Fire personnel check the driver out and applied a splint to her left wrist. The driver declined transport to a medical facility. The driver stated her passenger side wheels went off of the abrupt edge of the roadway as she was driving eastbound on Roberts DR. When the driver attempted to get the wheels back onto the roadway the abrupt edge caused her to lose control of the vehicle, cross the roadway, and collide with the embankment on the opposite side of the roadway. This caused her vehicle to rollover and be inoperable. The driver’s husband arrived on scene and advised he would be transporting her to urgent care. The driver was advised she was responsible for removal of her vehicle. Officers remained on scene until the driver and her husband left the area.

On 12/19/2022, an Officer was dispatched to the 25800 block of Lawson St reference to a noise complaint. The Officer responded and address the issue with involved parties.

On 12/19/2022, Officers were dispatched to a stolen vehicle recovery in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE. Officers arrived on scene, confirmed the license plate and VIN matched, and confirmed the vehicle was stolen with Auburn Records. Officers made contact with the registered owner and informed her of the vehicle’s location. Officer’s provided the vehicle information to Black Diamond Records Specialists so a locate could be sent to Auburn and the vehicle could be removed from WACIC/NCIC as stolen.

On 12/19/2022, Officers contacted a citizen in the lobby of the police department who wished to file a report. The citizen explained that they received a notification from Free Up Storage that their unit had been broken into.

On 12/25/2022, Officers were dispatched to the 24400 block of Morgan St reference to an unwanted person. Complainant advised that there were two unwanted persons in the cemetery. Upon arrival, the area was searched but no one was found.
