On 02/27/2023, an Officer was dispatched to the 30700 block of 229th PL se reference to a vehicle prowl. Unknown suspect entered victim’s vehicle and stole a $100.00 bill.

On 02-28-23, at approximately 13:22 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a vehicle speeding and swerving on 3rd AVE. Officers were informed that the vehicle was last seen south on 3rd AVE from the 31100 block and the driver may be impaired. Officers conducted an area check for the vehicle with negative results.

On 2/28/2023 Officers were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 25000 block of Lawson St. A caller stated that from inside their residence, they were observing another citizen playing in the church parking lot with their dog off leash. The caller claimed that their own dog might escape their own fence and attack the off leash dog that was playing in another area.
An officer located the citizen who had their dog on a leash at the time of contact. The citizen advised they had no idea that someone had an issue with them playing with their dog in a vacant parking lot and that they make sure the area is clear of anyone before playing ball and going off-leash. The citizen also advised that now that they are aware of the confrontational nature of the caller who watches them, they are going to avoid the area in the future, to avoid possible confrontation.

On 02/28/23 at approximately 23:24 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 22800 block of SE Fir ST regarding a person pulling door handles on parked vehicles. Upon arrival, Officers conducted an area check and did not locate the subject. Officers determined that no crime took place.

On 03/01/2023 Officers stopped a vehicle for a speed violation in the 29400 block of 218th PL SE. The juvenile driver was cited for No Valid Operator’s License without ID, and the juvenile and vehicle released to their parent.

On 03/01/2023 at approximately 20:24 hours, Officers were dispatched to a protection order violation at the 21700 block of SE 294th ST. Officers determined the order violation took place. Officers arrested the subject and booked them into jail.

On 03/02/2023 Officers were flagged down in the 31000 block of Black Diamond Ravensdale RD in regard to a recent collision. Officers completed a collision report for the parties involved.

On 02/27/2023, an Officer began an investigation on a sexual offender living the 25100 block of Roberts Dr. Based on the investigation, it was determined that the sex offender violated RCW 9A.44.130 – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

On 3/3/2023, officers responded to the 25300 block of Baker St for a report of a vehicle driving in a reckless manner. Officers arrived and found the vehicle had already left the area.

On 3/4/2023, officers responded to the 23000 block of SE Evergreen St for a domestic dispute. Officers contacted the involved partied and found the dispute was over loud noises and had been solved prior to officers arrival.

On 3/4/2023, officers responded to the 22400 block of SE 300 ST for a report of a physical domestic incident in progress. Officers conducted an investigation and identified a primary aggressor. The primary aggressor was arrested and booked into jail.

On 03/03/2023, Officers were dispatched to a residential alarm at the 22300 block of SE 290TH ST. While on scene officers were advised of a court order violation that occurred by phone. Officers investigated the incident and forwarded the case to prosecutors for review.

On 03/04/2023 officers were flagged down at the 31100 block of 3rd AVE. The reporting party advised that an army green Dodge Rebel was recklessly weaving across the roadway, and was headed north bound on 3rd AVE toward Maple Valley. Officers conducted an area check with negative results. Officers notified county of the possible incoming vehicle.

On 03/05/2023, officers were dispatched to theft that occurred at the 23300 block of Sunny LN. Officers investigated and documented all evidence related to this incident.

On 03/05/2023, officers were dispatched to a recent business burglary that occurred at the 30700 block of 3RD AVE. Officers cleared the building and found no evidence of any criminal activity. The owner of the business advised officers that surveillance footage from inside of the building captured a female entering the building. After reviewing video footage, the owner believes that the female entered the business believing it to be open. The owner advised that the door was left unsecured by a co-owner and the open sign was left on the window. The owner did not require any further police involvement.
