The annual Maple Valley Model Train Show will be held on Saturday, October 21 from 10-5 p.m. and Sunday, October 22 from 10 – 4 p.m. at Gracie Hansen Community Center located at 27132 SE Ravensdale Way in Ravensdale.
Suggested donation: Adults $5, children 3-11 $2 (Cash Only – They can not accept credit cards)
Operation model train layouts in most popular gauges will be on hand.
A delight to children and adults alike for 25 years.
Various scale exhibits are presented by model railroad clubs from the Puget Sound area. Attendees can observe the displays at their own pace, conversing with the model railroaders.
The GMVUAC hosts a play area where families can create their own unique Thomas the Train layouts with blocks and legos.
The Black Diamond Historical Society will highlight the history of Black Diamond, Franklin, Hobart, Maple Valley, Palmer, Ravensdale, Selleck and Taylor. Pioneers from these areas built the communities we live in today.
Parking is free—and don’t forget the door prizes that will be awarded throughout the day!
