High Schools to the Staging Lanes!

This Friday, June 5th Pacific Raceways will be hosting the 55th Annual All-High School Drags and Car Show, presented by Green River College.  High School drivers and crews from around the state will be taking on the quarter mile for trophies, prizes, and “bragging rights”.  The High School with the most “round” wins will be the Champion High School, and receive a trophy for their school.  Goes next to the football trophy.  Overall winners in the High School and Alumni classes will also receive a trophy and prizes.  Winner in the Instructor class also gets a trophy.  Ever wonder what it would be like to outrun the law?  Once again, the always popular “BEAT THE HEAT” race is back.  You go head-to-head against a King County Sheriff’s vehicle.  In addition, there will be an Alumni Class for those 25 years and younger to compete in.  Awesome cars and trucks will make up the car show for everyone to enjoy.  Want more?  Then how about the fastest drag racing cars from Green River College driven by the instructors, and let’s not forget the Super Pro wheel standing exhibition race.  Special displays from Cornwell Tools, the JR Dragsters and Special Feature Race Cars will also be there to check out.

Spectator tickets are $20.00, with an ASB card $15 at the gate.  Kids 10 and younger are FREE.  The gates open at 4:00 PM with racing to 10:00 PM.  What a better way to spend your Friday night and support your school.  So, get a group together and head out to the track for a great time of fun and racing on Friday June 5th, and for all you drivers and crews let’s see what you got!  For more information on this race or all the racing ahead for the 2026 Season check out www.pacificraceways.com.
