The weather failed to damper the Christmas Spirit last Sunday at Pacific Raceways as fans turned out for the 15th Annual Lexus of Bellevue NW Toy Run. On display were 3000+ cars and trucks. There was also a vendor row and live onstage music. Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by along with some of Santa’s helpers. The point of the event was to make sure no unfortunate child goes without a Christmas.
Toys not only came in from those attending, but from nearby companies, and even a dump truck came loaded with toys. A 53′ semi tractor trailer left the event packed with toys this year. A Big Thank You goes out to all those that came, and to Lisa Albrecht and son Chris of Maple Valley for putting on what I believe was the largest NW Toy Run ever.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone.
