On 8/10/2020, officers received a report of a possibly DUI driver heading to the 32800 block of Pine Ave SE. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle. Due to the time delay involved in the report its believed the vehicle made it to its destination before officers were advised.

On 8/10/2020, an officer received a request for a phone call regarding a civil issue occuring in the 32100 block of Bruckners Way. The issue was regarding violation of a parenting plan that had been previously reported and the subject was clarifying information and asking for advice. The officer referred the subject to advocates as the Regional Justice Center.

On Tuesday, 08/11/2020, Officers were dispatched to the 30500 block of 3rd AVE in response to a request for assistance from a King County Deputy making a traffic stop. Subsequent investigation determined probable cause to arrest the driver for violation of RCW 46.61.502, DUI. The driver was booked into Enumclaw Jail.

On 08-12-2020, at approximately 06:20 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a stolen vehicle report. Officers contacted a male subject in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE and obtained a signed stolen report from him regarding his stolen 2003 Honda Civic that was taken from his driveway.

On 08-12-2020, at approximately 11:11 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a theft from a motor vehicle. Officers were informed that the victim called to report that someone opened the unlocked door to her vehicle and removed numerous tools without permission. Officers called the victim on the phone who stated that she would provide a list of stolen items within the next few days.

On 8/12/2020 an officer was dispatched to a phone report regarding a possible fraud. The complainant reported that she received credit cards in her name at her home. She reported that she did not apply for them and contacted her bank. She was also advised that the bank did not send the card. At this point no fraudulent activity occurred on the complaints accounts. The complainant has contacted all of the credit reporting agency regarding this matter. She was provided crime prevention tips.

On Wednesday, 08/12/2020, an Officer was flagged down in the 32400 block of Botts Drive. The officer was advised there were multiple subjects stuck on the Green River just outside of Black Diamond and needed to be rescued. Another officer was able to locate the individuals and direct the fire department to their location. Officers assisted with recovering the individuals from the river.

On Thursday, 08/13/2020, Officers responded to a request for assistance from the Enumclaw Police Department with a single vehicle hit and run rollover collision. Officers assisted with traffic control at the collision scene and with an attempt to identify and locate the driver of the vehicle.

On Thursday, 08/13/2020, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 31100 block of 3rd AVE in regard to a report of a theft of tools from a carport. Pending any further development of suspect information this case is being placed on inactive status.

On Thursday, 08/14/2020 Officers were dispatched to the 22400 block of SE 297th ST in regard to a report of a hit and run collision involving property damage. Officers conducted an area check but were unable to locate a suspect vehicle.

On 08-14-2020, at approximately 07:24 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding an assist to the King County Sheriff’s Office. Officers were informed that a red Chevrolet Suburban was found in a parking garage in SeaTac with ignition damage. Officers were asked to contact the registered owner who resides in the 29400 block of 218th PL SE and inquire whether or not they know where the vehicle is located. Officers attempted to contact the registered owner at the residence and found no one at home.

On 8/14/20220, an officer was flagged down in the 32800 block of Railroad AVE regarding a lost dog. The complainant reported that his yellow lab had gotten out of the fenced in yard. Officers conducted an area check for the dog, but the dog was later found by a neighbor who returned her to her owner.

On 8/14/2020, Officers responded to an active brush fire located in the green belt about a mile and a half south east of the Ten Trails Development. No one was injured during the fire and this case is under investigation.

On Saturday, 08/15/2020, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 31400 block of 3rd AVE for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation determined that the driver had a license status of Suspended in the Third Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene and the vehicle impounded.
