THS’ We The People team traveled to Olympia recently for the state competition and came home with a first place trophy!! This is the 17th state championship in a row for the levy-supported We The People team … that makes THS’ winning streak older than most of its own students! Tahoma has a long history participating in the We the People program, which culminates annually with simulated congressional hearings where students testify before a panel of judges acting as members of Congress. In April, they’ll travel to the other Washington (DC, that is) to compete in the We The People National Finals! Tahoma School Photo
