On 01/19/2026 Officers responded to a residence in the 31100 block in regard to a request for a civil standby. Officers remained on scene while personal belongings were removed from the residence.

On 01/19/2026 Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 32700 block of Stuart AVE SE in regard to a report of a possibly suicidal subject. Officer eventually located the subject walking outside in the area and the subject agreed to be transported to a medical facility for a mental health evaluation.

On 01-20-26, at approximately 06:25 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a welfare check. Officers were informed that a male subject called 911 to report that he could hear banging at the end of his residence, and he believed that he could hear a little girl talking in his crawl space under the residence. Officers arrived and located the subject and his mother. The subject’s mother informed the Officers that her son was high on Methamphetamine and he was hearing noises that did not exist. Officers cleared the scene.

On 01/2026, Officers were dispatched to a welfare check at 22000 block of SE 296th St reference to a welfare check. The complainant advised that there was a subject at the location who was refusing to take his medications and had locked himself in the medication room. Upon arrival, it was determined that an involuntary commitment was needed. The subject was transported to the Hospital.

On 01/20/2026 Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 31108 block of 3rd AVE in regard to a report of a burglary in progress. Officers located the suspect who was taken into custody and booked into SCORE Jail.

On 01/20/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a welfare check at the 32500 block of Roberts Drive. Complainant advised that there was a male subject wearing bright colored clothing walking in the middle of the roadway. Upon arrival, the Officer checked the area and the subject was not located.

On 01/20/2026, officers observed a traffic violation at the 29000 block of 216th Ave SE. Officers conducted a traffic stop and observed the driver possessed a altered trip permit affixed to their vehicle. Officers issued the driver with a citation for their offenses.

On 01/21/2026, an Officer began conducting sexual offender verifications at various locations in the city of Black Diamond.

On 01/22/20256 at approximately 0029 hours, an officer preformed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 23900 block of Roberts Drive, which has expired registration. The driver was found to have a suspended license. A criminal citation was issued and a licensed driver removed the vehicle from the scene.

On 01/22/2026, an Officer responded to the 25500 block of Lawson Street reference to a order violation. The complainant has a protection order against her former husband and he contacted in text messages. This case will be referred to the Black Diamond Prosecutor for review.

On 01/22/2026, Officers were dispatched to a standby at the 31100 block of 3rd Ave. Upon arrival, the Officer contacted the complainant and it was determined that a malicious mischief (DV) and theft (DV) had been committed. The suspect was identified and is currently in jail. A criminal citation will be completed and the citation will be forwarded to him.

On 01/23/2026, Officers were dispatched to the 29000 block of 216th AVE SE for unwanted subjects in a parking lot. When Officers arrived the subjects were no longer on scene. Officers located, contacted, and identified the subjects. Officers issued verbal warnings and advised the reporting party of the outcome.

On 01/23/2026, Officers stopped and contacted three juveniles on e-bikes riding in the public roadways in the 24400 block on Roberts Dr. Officers were able to contact and release them to there parents along with their e-bikes.

On 01/23/2026, Officers were dispatched to a residential Burg located in the 31100 block on 3rd Ave. Officers are still currently investigating the incident.

On 01/24/2026, Officers were dispatched to an administrative detail in which King County Deputies requested a warrant be confirmed. Officers confirmed the warrant and the subject was subsequently booked into the Enumclaw Jail.

On 01/24/2026, Officers were dispatched to a domestic report. Officers made contact with the reporting party who advised his estranged daughter had sent him a threatening message on Facebook. Officers documented the incident and forwarded the case to prosecutors for review.
