On 03/13/2026, Officers were dispatched to the 29500 block of 224th Ave for Road Hazard involving a tree that fell over onto a power line. Officers blocked of the road and contacted public works. Officer cleared the scene once public works were able to close the road and PSE had arrived on scene.

On 03/13/2026, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 22700 block on Roberts Dr. Officers had reasonable suspicion to believe the driver to be impaired. Officers conducted a field sobriety test with the driver and found no signs of impairment. The driver was released and Officers cleared the scene.

On 03/14/2026, an Officer was dispatched to the 23400 block of Granite Court reference to a suspicious vehicle. An occupied vehicle was was at that location and it appeared that the vehicle was stuck in the snow/grass. Upon arrival, the vehicle was located and it was determined that no crime had occurred

On 03/15/2026 officers observed a small dog standing in the snowy weather at the 25500 block of Lawson St. Officers warmed the dog, located their owner, and returned them their dog.

On 03/15/2026 Officers conducting a welfare check in the 33200 block of 3rd AVE contacted an individual with an active arrest warrant. The subject was detained, and once the warrant was confirmed, transported for booking into SCORE Jail without incident.

On 03/17/2026, Officers received a notification from FLOCK for a possible stolen motor vehicle in the area of SE 292nd ST and 216th AVE SE. Officers discovered the vehicle license plate out of Texas returned to multiple vehicles and determined the vehicle pictured on FLOCK was not the stolen motor vehicle. Officer notified Houston Police Department of the discrepancies.

On 03/17/2026 a Black Diamond Police Department patrol vehicle was damaged while parked at the scene of an investigation. A fire Department vehicle struck the side of the patrol vehicle resulting in slight damage.

On 03-18-26, at approximately 09:45 hours, I received information from the Black Diamond Police Department that a citizen wanted to report that someone had attempted to open up an Limited Liability Company (LLC) in his name. Officers contacted the subject and obtained information regarding a fraudulent construction company and the attempted LLC fraud. There are no suspects at this time.

On 03/18/2026, Officers were dispatched to a report of a physical domestic violence that had occurred approximately 2 hours ago. Officers made contact with the victim and established probable cause for Assault in the 4th Degree (DV) and Exposing Children to Domestic Violence. Officers later made contact with the suspect, placed him under arrest, and booked him into the Enumclaw Jail.

On 03/19/2026 Officers stopped a vehicle in the 30800 block of 3rd AVE for erratic driving. Subsequent investigation determined that there was probable cause to arrest the driver for DUI. The subject was transported to Enumclaw Jail for booking.

On 03/20/2026, Officer were dispatched to the 29000 block on 220th PL SE for a group of suspicious people. Officer contacted the group and found that they were a door to door salesman for pest control company. Officers contacted the company and confirmed that they did work them. Officers then cleared the scene.

On 03/20/2026, Officers were dispatched to a Hit & Run located in the 29000 block on 216 AVE SE. Officers were later able to identify the subject and forward charges.

On 03/21/2026, an Officer responded to the 22800 block of SE Fir St reference to an animal problem. The complainant advised that he was walking his dog when another dog that was not on a leash attacked his dog.
