Black Diamond Police Reports

March 30 to May 5, 2026

On 03/30/2026, Officers were dispatched to a Juvenile problem in the 32800 block on Ten trails PKWY SE. Officers spoke to the reporting party and informed them that no crime had occurred. Officers then cleared the scene.

On 03/30/2026, Officers were notified by there records department that a citizen of Black Diamond had called and wanted to file a police report. Officers contacted the Citizen by phone and after speaking with them they advised them that there was no crime to initiate a criminal investigation. Officers informed the citizen that they would need to contact an attorney to start the civil process.

On 03/30/2026 Officers were dispatched to the 24000 block of Buena Vista DR in regard to a request for a welfare check on a person yelling in the area. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate anyone yelling.

On 03-31-26, at approximately 08:50 hours, an officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious vehicle to be handled by telephone. An officer was advised a subject driving a white pickup truck honked at the reporting party when he was driving away from his residence. The reporting party requested the incident be documented.

On 03-31-26, at approximately 10:24 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suicidal subject.  Officers were informed that a female called 911 to report that she was having a difficult time detoxifying from alcohol and was feeling suicidal. Officers arrived and contacted the subject who stated that she wanted to die; although, she wanted help.  Tri_Med Ambulance arrived at the scene and transported the subject to Valley General Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

On 04-01-26, at approximately 10:00 hours, Officers received a message from the Black Diamond Police Clerk requesting an Officer to contact a male subject regarding a breach of contract issue.  Officers contacted the subject on the telephone and was advised that he signed a contract with a contractor to build a garage and the contractor failed to build the garage.  The subject was advised that this was a civil issue and no criminal charges could be pursued.

On 04/02/25 at approximately 1950 hours, officers were dispatched to the 33000 block of Glacier Ave SE in reference to a juvenile complaint of one teenager riding an electric dirt bike in a reckless manner. Officers checked the area, finding no electric dirt bike or bicycles in the area.

On 04/03/2026, Officer were dispatched to a physical domestic in progress at the 25800 block of Lawson Street. Upon arrival, an investigation was conducted and it was found that a domestic violence did take place.  There were no injuries and thus a criminal citation was issued to the suspect and he was released.

On 04/04/2026, an Officer was dispatched to a welfare check at the 32600 block of 3rd Ave.  Complainant advised that there was a person slumped of the wheel in a vehicle at that location. Upon arrival, contacted was made with the complainant and she showed a photograph of the vehicle and said it had left area heading east of Lawson Street. The Officer searched for the vehicle and it was not located.

On 04/05/2026 Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 22400 block of SE 296th ST in regard to a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the subjects involved, and one person was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Further investigation regarding additional potential charges is ongoing.
