REPORTS FROM 2-2 TO 2-9-2020

On 2/3/2020, an officer responded to the 22900 block of SE Dogwood ST for a two vehicle collision. No one was injured during the collision and this case is under investigation.

On 2/3/2020, an officer responded to the 1100 block of Griffin Ave in Enumclaw to assist the Enumclaw Police Department with locating and detaining a felony warrant subject. The subject was located and taken into custody without incident.

On 02/04/2020, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to an agency assist for Milton Police. Milton Officers requested Black Diamond Officers check for a vehicle registered to an address in the 32000 block of Morgan DR that may have had its license plates stolen. Black Diamond Officers were unable to locate the vehicle and notified Milton Police.

On 2/4/2020, an officer responded to the King County Jail in Seattle and took custody of a subject with a Black Diamond warrant. The subject was transported and booked into Enumclaw Jail

On 02-05-2020, at approximately 0243 hours, officers responded to the 31100 block of 3rd AVE for a recent physical domestic. Upon investigation, it was determined that the male half of the incident had assaulted the female half. Further, the couple’s toddler was present at the time of the assault. The subject was arrested for Assault 4th Degree as well as exposing Children to Domestic Violence. He was booked into Issaquah Jail.

On 2/5/2020, at about 0735 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 31900 block of Lake Sawyer Rd for a dark vehicle illegally dumping pallets. An officer arrived and contacted a known male subject who was securing a load of pallets on the back of his truck. The male advised he pulled off the road to secure his load. No crime occurred during this incident

On 2/5/2020, an officer was dispatched to the 32900 Cedar AVE SE on a found property call. Upon arrival the officer located a sunglass case with used Syringes in it. The officer took custody of the property.

On 2/5/2020, an officer responded to the 32900 block of Ten Trails Parkway for a parking complaint. The officer was able to locate the driver of the vehicle and have him move his vehicle. The subject was warned about his parking.

On 2/7/2020, at about 1320 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 29200 block of 218th PL SE regarding a large log floating in the water, crashing into the complainant’s dock. The officer located the log which was about the size of a telephone pole. The officer made arrangements to have the log removed

On 2/7/2020, at about 1606 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 1st AVE and Baker ST. The driver was cited and released for driving while license suspended 3rd. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

On 2/8/2020, an officer was in the 38200 block of the Enumclaw Black Diamond Road when they came across a serious injury collision. Black Diamond Officers assisted the involved and provided traffic control during the incident. The involved parties were transported to hospitals and the collision was investigated by the Washington State Patrol.

On 2/8/2020, officers were dispatched to the 32500 block of 3rd AVE on a loud music complaint. Officers contacted the business and advised them of the city ordinance. The occupants advised they would turned down the music

On 2/8/2020 officers were dispatched to a domestic assault in progress in the 32800 block of Pine AVE SE. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of a female for assault 4th degree domestic violence. The suspect was eventually transported to the Enumclaw Jail where she was booked into the facility without incident.

On 2/9/2020, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 22700 block of Roberts drive for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle had a suspended drivers license and the passenger had a warrant for their arrest. The agency who issued the warrant for the passenger declined to have them booked into jail. The driver was cited and both the driver and passenger were released on scene.
