On 12/4/2021, an officer took a suspicious circumstance report of an incident that occurred in the 25700 block of Cumberland Way. The reporting party stated a subject stopped along side her car outside her house and yelled at her telling her she didn’t belong in the neighborhood. No crime was reported and the subject could not be identified.
