Black Diamond Police News 3-9 to 12, 2022

On 03-09-22, at approximately 11:03 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious person at Black Gold Coffee. Officers arrived and contacted a male subject who was attempting to leave gifts for one of the female employees at coffee shop. The subject was informed that he was no longer allowed to leave gifts for anyone at the coffee shop and he was formally trespassed from the location.

On 3/10/2022 Officers responded to assist Enumclaw Police Department with a business burglary in progress in the 200 block of Rainier Ave, Enumclaw, WA. A male subject was located inside the business and taken into EPD custody without incident.

On 03/10/2022, an Officer was dispatched to an agency assist at the 25500 block of Lawson St. The Officer confirmed a no contact order out of Black Diamond for the Kent Police Department.

On 03/11/22 officers responded to the 25100 block of Roberts Drive for the report of a noise complaint consisting of people yelling and barking out of open windows. Upon arrival I did not hear the described noise. I attempted contact at the offending residence and individuals looked out the windows and hid instead of coming to the door. There were no further noise issues.

On 3/11/2022, Officers were dispatched to the 29000 block of 220th PL SE for a suspicious subject. The reporting party advised dispatch that renters from the neighboring home were moving items out of the home that did not belong to them. Officers arrived on scene and observed nothing to support what the reporting party had reported. Officers identified involved parties and advised the property owner of their findings.

On 03/11/22, officers responded to the 32400 block of 236th AVE SE for the report of an unsecured premise. Upon arrival we found an open garage door and front door to the residence that was still under construction.  Officers cleared the house and then secured the doors as best they could.

On 03/11/22, officers responded to the 32200 block of Union Drive with Fire Personnel for the report of a female with possible alcohol poisoning. Officers stood by while Fire checked the patient for later transport to a local hospital for further treatment.

On 3/12/2022, an officer responded to the 31100 block of 3rd Ave for a citizen assist. The officer confirmed a subjects identity so they could obtain property from a vehicle.
